The project entailed a complex brief, featuring two luxury three-bedroom apartments on the upper levels, with two mid-specification rental apartments on the lower levels. Key considerations included circulation, access & privacy. My involvement in this project included design work, renders, client & contractor coordination, full resource & building consent documentation.
