This project involved designing a boat club facility for a Trust. The lower level primarily features boat and skiff storage areas, with racking customised to meet the club's specifications. Additional ground floor amenities include toilets, showers, changing facilities, office space, and a lobby. The upper level is conceived as a versatile event space for not only the boat club but wider community. Included is a bar, kitchen, function room, exterior deck, toilets, and a conference room. My role in this project encompassed coordinating with consultants and preparing the building consent documentation.
