This project includes two medium-spec, walk-up social housing apartments developed for one of New Zealand's largest developers and Kāinga Ora. Each block contained 6 apartments, the ground floor units were designed to comply with Home Star standards. Coordination of documents and consultants became complex with the integration of nine distinct wall types, each with unique build-ups and connection junctions, to meet internal moisture, fire and acoustic rating requirement. My involvement was limited to producing building consent documentation. Construction was completed in 2023. Please refer to Technical Drawing for a sample of the detailed drawings.
